Alternative rock explorers CLOSURE IN MOSCOW have announced a massive lineup for their Australian tour in February 2026.
They will be joined by progressive rock legends THE DEAR HUNTER (USA) & the iconic ANTHONY GREEN (frontman of Circa Survive, The Sound of Animals Fighting & L.S. Dunes) for shows in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane.
Following a sold out North American tour alongside The Fall of Troy & A Lot Like Birds, Closure will return home to perform material from their latest record ‘Soft Hell’ as well as celebrating the auspicious 12th anniversary of their second album ‘Pink Lemonade.’
‘Soft Hell’ is the band’s third album and their first new album in 9 years, following Pink Lemonade (2014), First Temple (2009) and their debut EP ‘The Penance and the Patience’ (2008). Produced by Grammy-nominated and ARIA-Award winning producer Andrei Eremin, the record has already earned critical acclaim and accumulated over 1 million streams since its release in October 2023. It debuted at #1 on the Australian 100% Independent Charts as well as #6 on the Australian Album ARIA Charts.
The band have spanned a wide range of genres across their releases – from post-hardcore and earnest punk rock, through to progressive rock, soul, funk, avante-garde, chiptune and experimental electronic rock.
It is fitting then that this tour lineup also features two of the most eclectic and exciting artists of the past 15 years.
THE DEAR HUNTER will return to Australia for the first time since 2009, playing a 55-minute set of material from across their catalogue. Known for charismatic frontman/songwriter/guitarist Casey Crescenzo’s series of concept records and forays into prog, rock, folk and everything in between, they have built an ardent following worldwide which have seen them sell out theatres across North America and Europe.
ANTHONY GREEN hardly needs introduction. Whether as the frontman for beloved groups CIRCA SURVIVE, SAOSIN, THE SOUND OF ANIMALS FIGHTING to the supergroup L.S. DUNES, or his eclectic solo material, he is known as an electric and inspiring performer. This will be Anthony’s first solo visit to Australia, performing material from across his extensive catalogue.
